There's a famous movie called, They Live. It was filmed in 1988. In a critical scene the protagonist finds himself in a dire situation. Facing formidable and supernatural opponents, our hero demonstrates his determination to save the human species, against all odds, with the following line:
"I have come here to chew bubblegum and kick ass...
... and I'm all out of bubblegum."
I try to remind myself of this quote whenever I need some encouragement. Hopefully, you'll find it inspiring as well.
